Telegram Outage Affects Users in Europe, Middle East and India

Ane of the most well-known ultra-secure messaging apps, Telegram, seems to exist facing problem with its servers at the moment. As reported by several users, the platform is not responding and connecting problems are cropping up.

Our own Telegram app kept showing a 'Connecting' status without actually updating messages. Neither the Windows desktop app nor Telegram 10 on mobile were working at the time of press.
